AgentLabs

About

Founder-led. Operator-built.

AgentLabs is led by Bram van Gestel — twenty-plus years of scaling recruitment, staffing, and high-volume digital platforms as CTO, CDO, and Director of Engineering. Strategy and implementation are the same person.

Operator experience, not advisory distance

Bram has spent two decades inside the operations he now transforms: leading engineering for a staffing and talent-solutions group, running digital transformation as CDO of an international recruitment group, and serving eight years as CTO of a candidate-experience SaaS platform used by global enterprise customers.

That means AgentLabs engagements start from how work actually happens — handoffs, exceptions, politics, legacy systems — not from a slide about what AI could theoretically do.

Engineering leadership at scale

System architect for platform rebuilds handling twenty million tickets and peak loads of a hundred thousand transactions in twenty minutes. Led product and engineering organisations from first hire to forty-plus people, through cloud migrations, acquisitions, ISO 27001 certification, and enterprise security governance.

The bar for what AgentLabs ships is the bar production platforms are held to: scalable, reliable, documented, maintainable.

AI transformation, practiced first-hand

Pioneered secure AI-first delivery practices across a 40-person engineering organisation — agentic coding tools with guardrails for privacy, security, review quality, and testing. Used Salesforce-native agents to transform recruitment processes across six countries. Built Talenture.ai, an AI-native recruiting platform, with an AI-native development workflow.

Every method AgentLabs recommends has been run in production by the person recommending it.

Founder DNA

Co-founded a calendar-synchronisation startup, raised two million euros in seed funding, and built a digital services company that won multiple government tenders. Building things that have to earn their keep is the default mode, not a phase.

Build philosophy

Systems that survive handover.

Maintainability by design, documentation as a deliverable, cost visibility from day one, measurable value, and an operating model your team can run after we leave. If a system only works while its builder is in the room, it is a demo — not a transformation.

Ready to turn a workflow into an operating system?

Bring a process that is slow, manual, or fragmented. We will map where AI creates real leverage and what it takes to build it — maintainably.
